Job Description
The Process Control Analyst will properly account for, and be responsible for unusual and infrequent customer transactions. This analyst will oversee all Emergency Drop Shipments (EDS), Electronic Data Interface (EDI) orders, the billing of virtual shipments such as software licensing and warranty service packs, as well as researching billing errors, wrong item shipments, short shipments, tax credits and credit and rekeys that occur. The Process Control Analyst will follow up on invoices received in Account Payable, when no receipt of product has been recorded in JDE. He/she will be responsible for contacting customers regarding duplicate shipments and work with the vendors on issues that may arise due to system errors. The analystl will get involved as necessary on special projects as directed by upper management.
Required Skills
Must be detailed oriented
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service background a must
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Associates degree preferred
Knowledge of JDE preferred
Must have Microsoft office experience
