Detroit, MI - Lumen Legal is working with a large corporate client in need of an experienced attorney for a new secondment opportunity. Candidates must have 3-4 years of in-house experience in Securities (1934 Act), Financing (credit agreements), and Governance (corporate formation).
The preference is for full-time hours, but part-time hours may be accommodated for the right candidate. The project is expected to start in the next 30-60 days at the client's offices in Detroit. Remote work is not available.
