Primary Purpose:
Support all manufacturing processes used in Specialty Manufacturing
Support the implementation of new products and processes
Identify tooling and equipment improvement opportunities
Troubleshoot existing processes
Ability to think logically and chronologically through the steps of a process to define the most efficient methods & systems
Plan and procure equipment for effective manufacturing process
Prepare, quote and install equipment and machinery
Ability to complete make vs. buy analysis
Education & Experience Requirements:
Technical background with degree in Industrial Technology or related field and electrical knowledge.
2-3 professional experience preferred.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, techniques, and methods
Knowledge of electrical test equipment and methods
Ability to select appropriate manufacturing equipment by comparing cost and benefit justifications
Knowledge of automated and/or semi-automated equipment
Excellent hands-on and problem solving skills
