Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full cycle of recruiting, job posting, searching, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offers and onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Specialist proactively works with leaders to anticipate hiring needs, patterns and future talent needs. .
Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Ownership of sourcing and assessing top talent for the United Shore team.
Will be responsible for screening resumes, coordinating interviews and feedback, developing and delivering offers, closing candidates, drafting new hire paperwork, and facilitating the on-boarding process
Identify and use creative sourcing techniques for locating candidates; including methods such as social networking, internet research, cold calling and networking at events
Support recruiting through the use of college and professional job fairs
Partner closely with hiring leaders and provide consistent updates
Demonstrate thorough understanding of the brand to ensure cultural fit and technical fit of all new team members

Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm
Hours may vary depending on business need
Saturdays when necessary
Job Qualifications
Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate with credibility and confidence
Demonstrated ability to effectively use office automation, communication, software and tools currently used in the work environment
4-6 years in recruitment
