Position Description:
Flowserve is seeking a senior IT Manager to provide support for Corporate and global Finance. This individual will be responsible for the overall management of the Global and Corporate Finance Environments, direction of projects, and coordination of projects with IT management and the business. The manager will have frequent and direct contact with all levels of the Finance and IT departments. Role requires a hands-on approach to managing the Global/Corporate Finance solution, and includes assisting with the design, development, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of the multiple Finance systems including the Corporate Oracle, Basware, Hyperion, and others. In partnership with Finance and IT leadership, assist in the development of strategic plans and lead the department with proactive, client-oriented focused solutions. Establish metrics to measure effectiveness of Finance strategies, tactics, and processes. Work with appropriate country or location leaders as designated in each region to coordinate and participate in the development and implementation of Financial Systems strategies.

BA degree or equivalent with MIS or CS

years of leadership experience managing both IT projects and cross-functional project teams
Experience working in a global environment and have an understanding or regulatory, language, and compliance/privacy requirements
Experience working with an integrated ERP software, preferably Oracle
Strong influence skills. Demonstrated ability to successfully challenge the status quo.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
