- Maintains appropriate records and files.
- Sorts documentation for processing and prepares documents for scanning.
Working hours: Monday - Friday, Standard business hours
--Uses a numeric and alphanumeric keyboard and operates machinery (e.g., high speed sorter and/or proof encoder).
--Must be able to input 12,000 keystrokes an hour with a 93% accuracy rate and have basic accounting skills and mechanical aptitude.
--Must have decision-making, problem solving, time management and organizational skills and have good oral communication and listening skills.
