Background and demonstrated experience in the Civil Design of water distribution and sewer lines and drain distribution. Must have a minimum of 3-4 years relevant industry experience. Minimum educational background includes BS in Civil Engineering and NYS-PE required. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & Civil 3D required. Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written.)
