This well known company is seeking a higher level CSR to join their Team. They are located in Tualatin and are paying $13 to $15 per hour to start! (Depending on experience)
This position requires great computer skills, assisting customers with any issues such as orders, freight & logistics/shipping, pricing, etc. Must have excellent attention to detail, high level of quality CS, longevity on the resume, good with high pressure. More importantly, be able to fit in their company culture. The ideal candidate will be working in a close Team environment.
This is NOT A CALL CENTER position.
Working hours: M-F, 8am to 5pm
Excellent Verbal and written communication
Good computer skills
No call center agents, please.
