Under general direction of the Manager of Customer Systems supports business owners with Catalog and Order Entry activities within Business Information Solutions.
Interviews business areas for the purpose of defining business needs and priorities and assists the business owner by translating these needs into functional specifications by performing further analysis.
Assumes primary responsibility for analysis and documentation of cost benefit analysis in preparation of business case for new development projects.
Manages work plan to ensure the timely completion of functional specifications for either new systems or major enhancements.
Develops proposals that will provide the most appropriate solutions to solve a business need.
Analyzes and evaluates projected workflow improvements and cost reductions attributable to new or improved systems to ensure that they are achievable.
Prepares or oversees the preparation of preliminary user requirements as well as documentation materials for all delivered systems.
Participates in requirements inspections.
Assists in the post-implementation analysis to review and evaluate if the requirements were fulfilled.
Provides input to management in the development of the department''s long range plan.
Assists in the development of training programs and materials that will assist the end users and customers in better utilizing new or enhanced applications.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires some training in fields such as business administration accountancy sales marketing computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor''s Degree program technical vocational training or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of four (4) to six (6) years directly related and progressively responsible experience; experience with PC tools that are used in the workplace such as DOS Windows XP NT Microsoft Office Suite; application development (programming) and/or web-based (internet) experience preferred.
Detailed knowledge of applicable programming languages used at ABC
Working knowledge of structured development methodology
Good analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply applications knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
Demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts
Good interpersonal skills; effective team player
Ability to write functional and technical specifications

Job: Information TechnologyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
