Select Staffing is partnering with a local Everett manufacturer to find candidates who are interested in a customer service support and inside sales role. This company manufacturers parts that support various industries such as the medical, aerospace and gaming. This is a small to medium sized company that can offer opportunities for growth and a work environment that is both casual and fun. Full time opportunity
Monday through Friday schedule with the start time varying between 6:30-8:00am
8 hour shifts
Pay: $12-15/hr but depends on experience
Primary objective of this position is to provide customer service support to all of the company's customers.
Essential Functions:
-Contract review- Review customer orders for Part number, Rev, Customer information, Qty, Due date, Terms and Conditions and Quality requirements and confirm to customers within 24-48 hours
-Update customers when their due dates cannot be met, due to material or production delays
-Interfaces with all levels of Materials, Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance staff
-Facilitate customer expedite requests to all necessary departments; and then communicate back to customer on what can be done
-Good phone communications
-Basic word processing and data entering in database applications with greatest accuracy
-Provide prompt phone and email communication to customers
-Follow up on quotes sent to customers
-Understand customer's Quality requirements and facilitate proper communication of these requests to ensure standards are being followed
-Update reports to accurately reflect on going schedule changes
-Issue Return Material Authorization numbers to customers for discrepant material being sent back for review
-Resolve all customer service issues immediately and notify management
-Enter shipping requirements for customer orders
-Update, reprint and distribute reprinted work orders to the correct departments
-Communicate Failure Analysis reports back to customers
-Excellent verbal (via telephone) and written(via email) communication skills and Strong listening skills
-Ability to establish and build a strong rapport with customers through establishing trust and credibility
-Understand change order process and update necessary documents
Qualfications:
-High School diploma or equivalent and/or college related courses.
-Ability to communicate effectively showing excellent written and verbal communication skills with a diverse group of people
-Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and prioritize tasks as needed
-Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
-Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple
competing tasks and demands
Physical Requirements:
-Combined sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day to accomplish tasks.
-Manual dexterity used occasionally.
-Hearing and speaking required regularly.
-Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
-Must be able to safely lift up to 30 lbs
