Senior Configuration Manager (Arlington, VA) (multiple positions). Define configuration management standards and policies. Create high performing Continuous Integration environment with automated code builds and tests. Develop metrics for gauging success of enhancements using Microsoft Team Foundation Server and other issue tracking software. Microsoft Team Foundation Server setup, maintenance, and administration. Build and create servers to support build out of new environments. Configure applications on Microsoft IIS web servers and Windows servers, runtime binding, compile time binding, and DLLs. Develop software solutions using industry best practices and in the area of security and performance in a three tier web and SOA architecture environment. Participate in the full systems life cycle with solution design, development, implementation, and product support using scrum and other agile methodologies. Develop and maintain ASP.net websites, SOA base services, and SQL Server stored procedures implementing bug fixes, feature enhancements, and content updates. Troubleshoot QA and Production Environments of all live applications. Communicate the status, forecasting of projects, and performance metrics internally through project status reports. Assist in the testing and user acceptance of web pages and applications. Requires Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related software configuration position, or a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related software configuration position. Experience must include 3 years of experience in: 1) programing/developing in a .NET environment using TFS 2010+, HTML, JavaScript, ASP.NET,C#,.Net; 2) Command line and batch file scripting to support automated builds and deployment; 3) systems/process integration in high transaction environment including configuring and installing TFS, IIS with Client and Server SSL Certs, Windows server 2008, WCF Services, MS SQL; 4) software development lifecycle for large production impact systems; and 5) administering and maintaining TFS user accounts, settings and data integrity procedures.
