## Description
Responsible for receiving all medical supplies and equipment for VUMC.
Key Functions and Expected Performances:
1. Receive all medial-surgical supplies and equipment
1. Utilize the appropriate materials management systems to receive supplies and update on hand inventory
2. Prioritize work load according to shipping demand and temperature sensitive material
3. Follow policy and procedure for receipt of all implants to include bone and tissue
2. Ensure distribution of supplies is accurate and completed in a timely manner
1. Maintain documentation for pick of supplies by department
2. Deliver all supplies to assigned department on the same day as supplies are received
3. Maintain appropriate records and documentation
1. Responsible for maintaining all receiving documentation in accordance with institution guidelines
2. Maintain records related to implant tracking for bone and tissue per JCHO guidelines
4. Maintain work environment in a safe, clean, orderly manner
1. Follow all safety procedures in handling medical supplies and equipment
## Basic Qualifications
Job requires High school graduate or GED and 3 years of experience or the equivalent.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
