5 - 30 Years STI-EC-ENG-120 Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Works with Corporate Director of HSE, executive management, senior manufacturing management and field personnel to verify that corporate goals, standards, policies, and expectations regarding the Company's PSM program are in place and effective Maintains currency of MI technologies and best practices and transfers that knowledge to the plants.
Develops and keeps up with the latest trends in PSM Key Performance Indicators.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar technical degree with associated experience.
