Paladin Consulting is currently hiring for a Deskside Support Associate to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Newport RI.

Job Title:Deskside Support Associate
Work Location:Newport RI
Length of Position:1 year with possible extensions
Clearance Requirements:Secret
Certification Requirements: Security+
Hours/Shift:Monday - Friday8 hours per day between 6:00AM & 6:00PM Week days.
Job Description:
Candidate needs to have a secret clearance with SSBI.
A
cert desired and Security
cert are required.
Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software on Client/HP laptops, desktops, Client/HP network/desktop printers, installing peripherals (BB's, scanners, printers etc), working with a ticketing system (Remedy and SM7), working in a team and individual environment, working with the highest ranking Navy and Marine Corps officers and Gov customers. Ability to learn by on the job training, shadowing current employees and retaining what is taught. Also able to be flexible with processes and procedures that are always changing. Some on call work will be required on occasion.
