Customer Service Specialist
The Role
We're looking for exceptional customer service specialists to join us in providing outstanding cutomer satisfaction. As a customer service specialist, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to ensure desired company growth and provide an excellent experience.
Responsibilities
Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
Deliver call scripts with an authentic tone; be clear, positive and percise
Respond to customer requests by booking the call and answering questions in a timely fashion
Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling
Be professional and confident to establish customer relations
Resolve customer complaints quickly and favorably
Willingness to adapt with growth of the company
Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information
Able to be on-call nights and weekends in a rotating schedule
Requirements
Proven track record in customer service
IT competent; good typist and ability to learn new software applications
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
Strong verbal and written communications
Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy
Passionate about Sanford while promoting services & products
Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Competitive individual contributor who also enjoys working as a team
Self motivated, flexible and great attitude on life
Bachelor degree or equivalent is a plus
