The National Security Solutions Team has an immediate opportunity for a Systems Engineer. In this role you will participate in an engineering and development team. Analyzes system requirement and support design and development activities for complex systems. Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies. Responsible for the integration of requirements, design and technology during the design and development of complex systems. Seamlessly incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations. Develops associated technical documentation. Guides implementation of and adherence to the C4ISR/DoDAF process and Capability Maturity Model integrated (CMMi) best practices.
## Qualifications
Professional
Experience: Must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas: - Eight (8) years experience in technical program management and/or as a system development team lead. At least 50% of this experience shall be in programs with particular relevance to SIGINT, Communications Systems, and Information Technology. - Five (5) years experience as a system engineer in programs that encompassed systems architecture, requirements analysis, design, production, integration, test and transition into operations. - Five (5) years system engineering experience obtained in an intelligence community environment. Additional Requirements include: Strong experience in Project Management A minimum of Five (5) years of SIGINT background Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Experience with problem solving Familiarity with SharePoint Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Certification and Training: Eight (8) years as specified above, plus professional experiences and training commensurate with technology curriculums typically associated with a Bachelor''s degree or equivalent.
