Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients.
Act as liaison between customers and internal departments.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Carry out and process all customer inquiries and orders via phone, fax and email.
Coordinate communication with customers with respect to applications and product features.
Advocate and provide quotes for products.
Enter and confirm orders as placed.
Supply information on shipped, open and future orders.
Recognize customer problems with products and attachments and resolve issues when needed.
Recommend process improvements to increase job efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

years of exceptional customer service experience.
Bachelor's Degree required.
Must be knowledgeable in lift trucks, mobile hydraulics and lift truck systems.
Effective interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Understanding of customer and market requirements, and enthusiasm for total customer satisfaction.
Able to work cohesively in a team environment.
Outstanding time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to cultivate and build strong relationships.
Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities required.
Adept at making decisions with sound judgment, quickly and effectively.
Bonus Skills - Nice to Have for this Position:
Written and oral fluency in Spanish.
