## Description
As a Global Process Manger you will work with Global Process Directors and partner directly with fulfillment leaders from all Geo's and NikeTech to successfully develop and deploy strategic capabilities that improve Nike's supply chain.
In this role you will be responsible for working with the fulfillment networks to:
Co-Deliver defined capabilities that connect process design & execution, people and technology which is globally consistent & locally relevant.
You''ll manage expectations, build shared commitment and lead process connectivity across geographies/territories, the end to end value chain, enabling functions, and categories.
Connect subject matter experts, share insights and best practices around the world.
Develop and coordinate the x-functional and x-geo relationships required to ensure effective and efficient process and program execution
Ensure collaboration to coordinate plans and drive business results, process excellence and capability development in line with strategic vision.
Collaborate with functional and technical partners to develop realistic implementation/project plans.
Support the Global Process Director in developing and facilitating Global workshops.
Lead and manage fulfillment projects.
## Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors or advanced degree in supply chain discipline or related experience.
End to end knowledge of and experience in supply chain operations and systems.
General management instinct, leadership and coaching skills.
Experience in and ability to lead projects/programs.
Experience in and/or exposure to Order Management processes preferred
Understand implications of different operational choices, and guide team to best solutions for organization - visible demonstration of Cost and Value proposition understanding and application.
Strong Data Analytics, Scenario modelling and problem solving experience
Literacy and experience in Lean Thinking, Change and Transition management an advantage.
Comfort with principles and issues related to Information Technology systems, development and design. Experience with SAP an advantage
Experience in aligning and influencing cross-cultural, cross-functional and virtual teams.
Strong team player and relationship-building skills; ability to create trust among those with diverse personal styles
Strong communication and presentation skills and group/workshop facilitator. Exceptional listening skills and ability to facilitate process based business discussions.
Proven energy to navigate complex organizational structures. Ability to work across functions and categories at all levels of the organization
High tolerance for ambiguity.
Travel - up to 10% of the year
