Our Human Resources team provides management and guidance on all policies, programs and compliance efforts associated with hiring, team member retention, compensation/benefits, diversity/inclusion, employee relations, learning programs, and consults with managers and team members to manage change. CLG HR partners with business leaders to drive performance and identify and manage employment, operational and reputation risks.
This training position is responsible for facilitating training programs for all functional/product classroom and skill based/process trainings to create a standard knowledge base for business line team members across Default Management sites within their respective divisions. Proactively partners to enhance overall site performance and independently facilitates training classes (up to 50% of the time) for the most complex training materials with an emphasis on new hire onboarding, up skilling, and consulting. This may also include virtual delivery. May provide follow-up consultation with team members and managers once training is complete.
The incumbent will conduct general consulting to identify developmental opportunities which can be addressed through program facilitation to meet business objectives.
May facilitate functional training for mid level managers, requiring strong subject matter expertise and advanced facilitation skills.
This role may participate and assist in the maintenance of learning programs.
General consulting with all business partners with entry level management. Provide general consulting for facilitation and project implementation. Support ongoing Regulatory changes-Act as L & D SME and provide training support on complex programs and changes.
Responsibilities:
- May consult with entry/mid level managers on training strategy to identify, assess, define and determine training and developmental needs as well as help create strategy related to learning.
- On the job training in observance of successful skill transfer to the job.
- Learning program delivery to include both scheduled and ad hoc onboarding, up skilling and cross-training facilitation using existing programs and materials Includes time spent in course preparation, communication to participants, logistic prep, and follow up.
- Assist Curriculum Consultants in development of L&D content by providing business acumen, knowledge and expertise relative to achieving the Learning objectives and priorities.

Basic Qualifications

TRAVEL: Up to 50% travel may be required for off-site training out of state with the ability to work a flexible work schedule.
Note: Early morning or evening hours may be required to facilitate training; Split shifts may be required to facilitate training.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
