Job Description
This position will perform data entry forpayroll and daily reporting for construction projects. Organize and follow up on miscellaneous project duties as assigned. Data entry requires accuracy and attention to detail. This position isresponsible for miscellaneous daily reports and must have good computer skills.
Collect, compile and enter payroll data into Access
Work with subcontractors and certify payroll
Equipment utilization
Process new employee paperwork, hourly orientations and terminations
Daily performance reports
Requirements
Excellentcommunication, customer service and organizationalskills
Detail Oriented with a good understanding of internal controls
Ability to follow through on projects, prioritize and multi-task
Valid ID and drug testing required for all employees.
Applicant must be at least18 years old.
Preferred Requirements
Experience with union payroll or job costing
Experience with Excel and Word
Bi-lingual English/Spanish
