We are looking for an experienced and qualified supervisor for our Residential Village program. This is a full-time position.
The Residential Village provides child care and assists in providing guidance to the severely emotionally and behaviorally impaired boys between the ages of 7 and 17 who live on our campus as well as promoting proper physical and mental growth and a healthy atmosphere. This position also provides direction to new employees through training and coaching as well as ongoing employee development, training, and supervision.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Residential Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision of one of our Residential Village cottages. This entails ensuring the facilitation of the day to day operations, ensuring proper staff coverage via proper scheduling, assisting in the development of the therapeutic environment, coaching and training staff, and conducting performance reviews of staff. The position also includes performing the duties of the On-Call Supervisor, generally two shifts per week. This function entails facilitating the resolution of all crisis situations or critical incidents that occur on the shift, filling shifts when there are call-offs and conducting physical checks of the cottages and buildings throughout the shift.

A supervisor ofEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
