s utilizing data that reflects student performance, behavior and to adjust instruction as needed based on analysis of the data. 12. Perform other duties as assigned for the purpose of facilitating student learning. Minimum Qualifications Mild to Moderate Special Education Credential, California (or eligibility for an Intern Program) Meet all standards of employment in childcare established by the California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing. Desired qualifications Experience working with students with emotional disturbance and autumn. Authorizations under NCLB in core academic subjects Special Skills Needed to Perform the Job 2. Ability to plan, organize and prepare IEP's, behavior plans and transition plans for students with severe disabilities. 3. Write IEP's designed to produce educational benefit. 6. Administer and interpret a variety of current academic assessments. 7. Implement each student's IEP as it is written in accordance with the law. 9. Communicate effectively. 10. Complete all required reports in a timely manner. 12. Possess good judgment. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
