Call Center Representative Primary
Responsibilities:
Talking to customers on the phone, detailing requests into the computer and creating a work ticket for each customer. You must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism while speaking with customers on the phone, be a multitasker, self-starter and enjoy details.
Call Center Representative Requirements:
Previous Customer Service/Call Center Experience preferred
Ability to calculate and convert measurements and distances
Able to read and navigate maps
Excellent grammar and spelling
High attention to detail
Type 35 WPM
