Gather and document detailed requirements, design feature-based systems, and support the software development life cycle, ensure that business requirements are met for quality assurance purposes, translate business processes and needs into software requirements, act in a consultative manner with the customer groups as well as the development organization in determining the best approaches for providing customer solutions, document functional and non-functional requirements into business requirement document, design end-to-end business process flows, perform defect tracking analysis, GAP analysis, risk closures and change control procedures, facilitate quality review sessions, organize and facilitate meeting with testing team, SMEs and developers to review requirements. Work with Windows, Agile, RUP, UML, ClearQuest, Rational tools and Visio. Master's degree plus 6 months experience is required. Work site: Relocation for long and short term projects to client sites at varying unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. will be required.
