Plan the construction and/or restoration of residential, condominiums, and apartment buildings following construction standards, government regulatory standards, etc.
Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints to plan projects.
Ensure that the design satisfy given safety as well as project intent
Compute factors such as material, usage to determine design specification and design according to cost effectiveness
Estimate construction cost, cost of materials, equipment, workers, and expected duration of project and make efficient use of funds.
Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety. Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site to ensure flow
Plan, schedule, and prepare weekly and monthly report
-All work to be performed under supervision of President.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Foreign equivalent degrees are acceptable.
