Minneapolis office seeks immigration attorney with minimum of 5 years of business immigration experience. Ideal candidate will have 5
years of extensive employment-based immigration practice experience, representing corporate clients and covering all types of nonimmigrant work visa petitions and applications, PERM labor certification applications (required), EB-1 and EB-5 Applications (preferred), I-9 and e-verify advice, and placement of key employees in foreign countries. Candidates must have ability to manage substantial case load, supervise paralegals and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong academic background required. Foreign language ability (particularly Chinese or Spanish) preferred. Minnesota State Bar admission preferred, but out of state candidates will be strongly considered and firm will cover reasonable relocation costs and bar admission expenses for candidates not already admitted in Minnesota.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
