Assistant General Counsel - Contracts
The candidate assists the business to business contract division in reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts between the company and the customer. Will work with Contract Compliance, the sales team, and others to in the drafting and negotiation of various customer agreements in which the company enters. Should have J.D. degree. Must have 4-5 years of experience and be admitted to practice law in Florida or qualify as authorized in-house counsel. Experience should be post law school and include 4
years of private practice experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
