Demonstrated Food Service experience including institutional food service experience, knowledge of food production, sanitation, supervision and accounting.
Supervisory duties include instructing; assigning, reviewing and planning work of others; maintaining standards; coordinating activities; allocating personnel; selecting new employees; acting on employee problems; recommending and approving employee promotions, transfers and discipline, and recommending discharge.
Inspects restaurants, picnic areas and cart groupings for safety, food quality and presentation, associate and guest interaction, and organization and cleanliness of front lines, kitchen and storage areas, etc.
Recommends the purchase of additional / replacement equipment; obtains price quotes for and purchases supplies and other food / non-food products.
Ensures locations prepare, present and serve food on a timely basis.
Ensure areas are monitored and any variance from specifications corrected.
Coordinates with the Food Purchasing area to develop, set and review menu cost, retail pricing and recipe cards including creating new food menu items and ways to present food attractively.
Participates in the Duty Officer program as scheduled.
Encourages a safe, pleasant work environment for employees.
Communicates clearly and effectively by speaking, writing and listening to management, associates and guests.
Speaks clearly and concisely with an organized thought process.
Keeps abreast of current trends and practices in field of expertise.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
