Shipping/Receiving Supervisor

This position reports to the VP of Operations and requires a dynamic professional who practices only the highest level of integrity. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of shipping and receiving including training and motivating personnel. You will oversee the daily management of people, processes, tools and equipment to support the Shipping/Receiving Department.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Duties will include the following:
Tracking shipments and auditing freight bills
Preparing bills of lading and commercial invoices
Interacting with all levels of personnel in various departments
Communicating directly with vendors
Requirements include the following:
Prior supervisory experience
High School Diploma
Proficient with MS Word/Excel
Experience with Fed Ex and UPS Worldship
Resumes must reflect required experience. Qualified candidates must pass a drug screening and criminal background check (no felonies).
