Summary:
Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking a Regional Quality Manager for a manufacturing client in Grand Rapids, MI. This individual will be responsible for leading, developing, and executing all aspect of quality and sanitation with customers, suppliers, and employees within the region.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of all aspects of the quality and sanitation programs with customers, suppliers, and employees
Act as a resource for the creation and delivery of all key performance indicators (KPIs) and objections for the Food Safety and Quality departments
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating procedures as they related to the Food Safety and Quality programs
Assist in managing the customer complaint process, including but not limited to conducting investigations, performing root cause analysis, and eliminating defects
Act as an internal auditor and customer audit facilitator
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, science, or a related field required; post-graduate degree and/or American Society for Quality Certifications (CQE, CQM) a plus
5 to 7 years of related work experience, including managing and leading quality and food safety staff
Demonstrated proficiency in advanced quality statistics, measurement systems analysis, and continuous improvement required
Strong understanding of SQF and its implementation required; SQF Practitioner certification a plus
Experience in an ISO manufacturing environment required
Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
