Research and analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems. Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. Coordinate maintenance of complex data network hardware and systems, and investigate and resolve complex network and hardware matters of significance. Research, analyze, isolate, and resolves errors. Assess and evaluate current and future systems. Provide technical support and guidance on network design issues. Evaluate and test data networking technologies to establish their potential use. Design appropriate testing routines or scripts. Design, implement, and maintain more complex LAN and WAN Systems in accordance with specified requirements. Analyze data network documentation and assist in communicating to management regarding current operational status of networks. Determine methods and procedures for new data technologies to ensure performance. Provide consultation, support and guidance to organizations and clients. Perform cost analyses and vendor comparisons to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations; measure feasibility of various approaches and make recommendations as appropriate.
Employer will accept Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field. Education or experience must include:
1. Programming in TCL, PERL and PYTHON to develop network applications;
2. DNS and DNSSEC;
3. Hands-on administration of Cisco ASA, PIX, 6500 platforms;
4. Design VOIP systems, installation and troubleshooting;
5. Wireless/RF communications, OFDM and other Spread Spectrum technologies with knowledge and experience in technology integration of Wireless Broadband/Convergence;
6. IP traffic generators (Layers 3 through such as Ixia IxLoad or SmartBits Avalanche);
7. Development of CLI, Web UI and SNMP software; and
8. Utilize Time domain reflectometers and knowledge of optical fiber, data center and LAN requirements such as the current TIA, IEEE and IEC standards.
Experience may be gained concurrently.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
