The Charleston / Myrtle Beach Division of Ryland Homes is hiring a
New Home Sales Counselor
for communities in the
Myrtle Beach
area. We offer comprehensive training through Ryland University as well as hands on interactive training sessions.
Job
Responsibilities:
As the first contact with our customers you will be responsible for presenting, selling and closing our new homes. You should be knowledgeable about every aspect of your new community as well as your surrounding areas including but not limited to product, pricing and amenities.
You will be required to maintain competitive market analysis of your market area.
Ryland Homes prides itself on excellent customer service and you will be required to maintain expectations.
You will be expected to provide excellent follow through with your sales, including updating information to Senior Management, Design Center and Lenders.
You will be required to ensure maintenance of the model homes, sales office, signage and home sites.
Requirements:
South Carolina Real Estate License
Ability to work weekends
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in New Home Sales
Computer Proficiency
Bachelor Degree PreferredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
