Classroom / Driving Instructors (Snohomish county)

Have a passion to work with teens.
Have past experience working with youth (Preferred, but not required).
Past experience teaching (Preferred, but not required).
Be able to remain calm under stressful situations.
Enjoy driving.
Have a passion for seeing that the teens they teach will be successful.
Be available during the week and weekends.
Have proficient computer and technical skills.
Be content with part-time employment (10-30 hours week Be punctual on a daily and hourly basis.
The Washington State Department of Licensing requirements are as follows:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Have had a driver's license for at least 5 years.
Be at least 21 years of age.
You must do a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
You may not have had any felonies.
Not more than 2 traffic violations in a 2 year period.
100 hours of training required Only 60 hours of training is required if you are a current or former Law Enforcement Officer or Teacher (some military training may be included in the 60 hours).
This is a permanent part time position.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
