Will be working under minimal supervision to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance using manufacturer publications, blueprints, schematics and locally generated instructions. Must be familiar with OSHA and NEC standards. Will be required to follow work procedures, work on facilities and production equipment, as well as perform general maintenance. Must understand and be able to work on boilers and associated equipment.
50%- Boiler/ Mechanical Maintenance or Electrical Maintenance/HVAC - Work with, troubleshoot and repair Boilers, water heaters, and associated equipment, as well as, control circuitry.
30%- May lead other maintenance staff in the operation, installation, maintenance and repair of equipment. Diagnoses breakdowns and repairs and maintains building equipment, boiler and production machinery. Performs general welding and millwright activities. Will be expected to cross train into other shop disciplines that are less familiar such as HVAC, Electrical, Electromechanical and PM''s
10%- General shop upkeep, cleaning, or organizing.
10% - Installation of new electrical equipment.
Graduation from high school or equivalent and five (5) years of directly related experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of this position.
This position requires a boiler certificate/license within a year of start date, Freon recovery license within two (2) years of employment. Requires U.S. Citizenship, U.S. Permanent Residency, or other status as a U.S. Person, and a valid Drivers License.
Additional Requirements:
Qualification for respirator and breathing air devices and work on fire/rescue teams
Completion of hydraulic, pnematic, basic electricity and welding courses, must complete these courses with two (2) years of hire or show these classes were previously taken as a condition of employment.
Considerable knowledge and understanding of service and installation processes of industrial equipment.
Must have some experience with ASME pressure vessel code
Must be able to work proficiently from blueprints, drawings, sketches and equipment manual
Desireable
Qualifications: Training from a trade school or college is a plus. Strong experience/training in one of the following, Mechanical, HVAC, Boiler, and/or Electrical background. Must have own required tools/multi-meter to perform normal maintenance duties. State Licenses in any of these fields a plus. Continued education in a maintenance discipline and cross training into other disciplines within the department will be required as needed. Must be available to work any shift, weekends, holidays and be on call as required. Must be very safety and environmentally conscious. Ability to work with and adjust boiler chemicals to support boiler operations. Ability to weld a plus. R-stamp a plus. Should be able to work with and have working knowledge of steam boilers, steam generator systems, water heaters, and pressure vessels. Familiarity with Arkansas Boiler Inspection Laws, Rules and Regulations Governing Boiler and Pressure Vessels.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
