Purpose: Purpose: Provide post-sales, pre-claim policy service and maintenance. Process service requests and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
Performance Objectives:
1. Prepare in force illustrations using multiple applications.
2. Analyze and process moderately complex and non-routine customer service transactions and correspondence. The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
1. Three or more year''s job related experience is required. Knowledge of Universal Life and annuity products preferred. Variable Universal Life administration experience would be helpful.
2. High school graduate or equivalent. Some college preferred.
3. Ability to learn, use and master multiple administration systems.
4. Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management and peers.
5. Must be able to work overtime as needed.
