Process Engineer- Coatings

Process Engineer/Coatings being added to plastic automotive manufacturer in a growth mode. Will report to Section Manager and help to develop new products in a timely manner achieving target for quality level, cycle time and yield. Will troubleshoot and program new processes including vacuum metallization utilizing Allen Bradley. Mitsubishi, Omron controllers. Will help to design/procure new tooling for paint process of individual components. Should have BS degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred but equivalent experience without degree, at least 3-5 years of coatings processing experience, electrical , mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic and PLC programming skills (Kawasaki, Fanuc, Motoman and IA) as well as Microsoft Office Software. RS Logix skills appreciated. This is a company that is long term and believes in promoting internally with excellent benefits package.
