Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Oracle E-business suite DBA who has at least 6
year experience of Oracle 10g and 11g RAC on Unix with Oracle 11i applications
Large scale Oracle E-business suite implementation
Strong shell scripting experience
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Oracle APPS DBA Experience
- EBS DBA Experience with strong scripting experience
- Excellent skill in Oracle Applications Patching
- 6
years in implementing database solutions.
- Create shell scripts for task automation
- Excellent skill in Oracle Applications Cloning
- Excellent skill in Database/Applications Performance Tuning
- Excellent skill in Issue Troubleshooting, working with Oracle Support
- Build database scheme, tables, procedures and permissions
- Monitor systems and platforms for availability.
- Excellent Knowledge of restore and recover corrupted databases
- Install and test database/applications upgrades and patches
- Evaluate and recommend new database technologies
- Deep understanding of different database systems and capabilities in general.
- Deep understanding of hardware, operating systems and how it effects software operations that are running on any specific hardware.
- Deep understanding of relationship between different software and how they may affect one and other.
- Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager, RMAN, ticketing system, Oracle Governance (OGRC), Audit Vault, AppWorx, Kintana (Mercury PPM for migration)
