The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program with 1
year of prior litigation experience. Prior trademark, copyright, and/or patent litigation experience is very helpful. Should have prior experience performing the following tasks: drafting correspondence and pleadings; preparing for depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial; document management; knowledge of court rules, proficiency in e-filing (state and federal); calendaring and docketing; and basic knowledge of government websites and research skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
