The candidate will work as part of the M&A legal team that is responsible for all corporate acquisition and divestiture activity on a global basis. Will deal with all aspects of due diligence, including contract review and thorough assessment of risks in the areas of product liability and business practices. Working with the M&A legal team on all aspects of acquisitions or divestitures, including drafting and negotiation of a wide range of definitive stock and asset purchase agreements, and ancillary supply and transition services agreements. Working with colleagues in business units and subsidiaries assisting with all aspects of a transaction.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
