Director of Operations PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prioritizes, tracks, handles, and maintains records of the elements, costs, and time schedules of multiple projects. Prepares illustrations or rough sketches of material according to instructions of client or supervisor. Studies illustrations, photographs, and text to plan presentation of material, product, or service. Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, and creates sample layouts. Prepares cost estimate for project within quality specifications, financial constraints, and time schedule for project. Reviews final layout and suggests improvements
as needed, and presents final layout to supervisor or client for approval. Reviews quality of final product before release to client. Maintains image resource files. Coordinates the shipment and setup of materials and tradeshow supplies for events. Assists in the development of sales and marketing campaigns from timelines, to content, and artwork design. Assists with client relations activities and projects. Answers phones, files, and faxes as needed. Utilizes client and sales data bases to setup outbound marketing efforts. Assists in implementing public relations programs, online events, and trade shows. Assists with ad contracts and placement. Conducts customer surveys to obtain marketing information about organization products and services. Makes updates to the company website as directed. Responds to social media and marketing related inquiries as directed. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information. Innovation - Displays original thinking and creativity; Meets challenges with resourcefulness; MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or Master of Fine Arts (MFA) with emphasis in Graphic Design or Bachelor's degree in Marketing with related experience in Graphic Design OR 4-6 years of directly related experience Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in similar position with directly related design experience Proficient in Adobe Suite products including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook) Knowledge of Word Press preferred Healthcare or Telemedicine industry experience a plus Sitting for long periods of time Frequent alpha/numeric keyboarding Frequent communication via telephone Ability to view computer monitor for long periods of time Click here to apply.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
