Job Duties
o Schedule your own appointments
o Utilize your design and sales expertise during the consultation
o Provide exceptional design services within a client's defined budget
o Visualize a finished project and convey the outcome to the client
o Overcome obstacles and provide outstanding client services
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
o Possess strong residential sales experience
o Strong measuring skills required for window coverings
o Must be self motivated, goal oriented and possess a strong desire to excel in a challenging and competitive environment
o Ability to build a strong client base to generate additional leads
o Desire to build your own business while affiliated with CDI
o Leaves positive and lasting impressions with continued follow up after the installation is complete
o Possesses strong organizational skills to contact leads, schedule appointments and complete client orders
o Must possess basic computing skills including Word, Email usage and Internet searching techniques
Compensation and Working Conditions
o Commissions and special promotional incentives (spiffs)
o Mileage reimbursement for travel outside normal service areas
o Travel between client homes, partner retailer locations and home office
o We provide on-boarding, webinars and support from our vendors
