Our client, a leading financial organization, is looking for a Project Manager with extenive experience managing large scale Content and Document Management projects preferably involving FileNet P8 Implementations.
Demonstrates understanding of stakeholders goals and effectively participates in the development of the detail project plan. Establishes scope control procedures. Manages project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques. Actively manages the work efforts of multiple functional resources in a matrix organization, monitors and reports project status, assesses the effectiveness and accuracy of documentation. Initiates and maintains reporting relationships with project stakeholders including team members, peers, managers, customers, vendors, and other affected departments to coordinate efforts across multiple business units and ensure continuous efficient management of projects, gathers input and feedback. Monitors project performance to maintain the quality of services, deliverables, and content. Effectively assists in directing both internal and external resources to achieve business solutions within project guidelines. Collaborates and communicates with other project managers and leaders to coordinate cross-project initiatives and activities. Identify and eliminate obstacles to solution plans, business goals or implementation. Assists in the development and implementation of contingency plans. Assist n the development of project budgets in compliance with the company's financial practices. Four years degree, five years plus experience in project management.
Requirements:
5 years plus of Technology Project Management experience
3 years plus experience of managing Content and Document Management Projects preferably involving FileNet P8 Implementations
Is inquisitive and eager to learn new skills, responsibilities, techniques, technology/tools
Ability to recognize problem situations and escalate to the appropriate level when needed
Ability to monitor and report project status
Must be able to effectively communicate problem status to senior management
Ability to collaborates and communicates with other project managers and leaders to coordinate cross-project initiatives and activities
Experience with maintaining project budgets and finances
Plans, prepares for, and effectively facilitates team meetings and presentations
Applies all aspects of project management: resource planning, work breakdown, risk/issue management, financial management, implementation planning, testing, training and communication
Influences decisions and outcomes through effective communication. Is Direct and straightforward when communicating
Strong ability to communicate at senior levels, both orally and written, using clear, concise, and understandable language
Builds partnerships and collaborates across teams to achieve sustainable results
Makes timely and fact-based decisions
Holds self and others accountable for high performance standards
Understanding of technical concepts - can communicate in both technical terms and business terms
Has end-to-end lifecycle accountability for the Technology & Operations components of initiative delivery

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
