In this role you are responsible for all strategic, operational and HR administration of multiple business lines and multi-state locations. As a member of the Sr. Management Team, relating to various company decisions, direction, vision and employee development you will counsel and guide management through recruitment, employee relations, legal issues, performance and disciplinary action, for all business lines. Consultant to President/CEO of organization with regard to various HR related business and legal issues.
Requirements: Bachelor Degree and dedicated experience in Human Resources management. The role requires an individual with strong business acumen and the ability to work autonomously. Outstanding leadership and project management skills. Ability to direct corporate programs to remote locations. Well developed training and coaching skills. Strong negotiation and mediation skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
