NOC Tier II - Greater New Orleans We are looking for a NOC professional for contract-to-hire position with solid experience. The candidate must have experience with iDirect. Experience with hardware, software, satellite and telecommunications is important. Experience working with users via remote desktop is essential to be successful in this position as well. Candidates should possess a passion to resolve users needs and challenges as well as the knowledge of when it is appropriate to escalate those challenges. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
