o Lead the development and commercialization of new technology, products and processes to support the business goals. o Lead joint development teams with key customers driving innovations that improve our value proposition. o Communicate directly and effectively with internal customers, external customers, and suppliers. o Directly interface with the customer to investigate and resolve technical problems associated with the use of our products. o Evaluate and optimize existing formulations for current products o Scale-up developmental products to manufacturing scale o Supply hands on chemistry knowledge to improve processes and technologies o Use chemistry and formulation knowledge to design cost saving projects o Use Design of Experiment techniques to find successful formulations for products o Work with technicians, color group, sales, marketing and manufacturing in a team setting to advance products o Use Stage Gate processes to manage projects
Job Requirements o Ph.D. in Polymers/Materials Science o Minimum 3 years of industrial experience o Hands on formulation work in the plastics industry o Experience with free radical polymerization techniques is preferred o Design of Experiment experience o Experience leading R&D projects o Proven track record of innovation and measurable success in product development. o Ability to work in the US, without employer sponsorship

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
