Role Summary
Unisys has an outstanding opportunity for a talented Human Resources professional with global experience.
This
position
supports the Vice President, Global Managed Services Global Delivery and Vice President, Global Managed Services Global Portfolio Solutions; collectively these businesses comprise a global delivery organization of 8000 employees.
Candidates must have global experience and be effective working in a highly matrix environment. The HR Director supporting global delivery must oversee multiple complex, global projects that are critical to business success. Candidates must have the capability to provide strategic direction to our delivery leaders while also understanding the key metrics and operational details that drive the Global Managed Services business.
The ideal candidate will be able to lead cultural change, build partnerships, and offer creative solutions to business issues. They will have a solid generalist background coupled with depth of experience and knowledge in areas such as talent development, succession planning and workforce management on the global landscape.
Required Experience
- BA degree or equivalent required in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or other; Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
- Minimum 10 years HR business partner experience; ideally working with a technology company
- Global HR project experience in a matrix environment
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, evaluate people, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective interfacing and collaborating with global business and operations leaders as well as front-line employees
- Demonstrated experience and competence in various HR functional areas: Staffing, Compensation, talent development, succession planning, workforce management, and leadership coaching
