Temporary Project Description:
Our Client is a government agency and looking for a Application Development Liaison, who will be responsible for coordinating the application development activities within an assigned region (office, District, etc.) in accordance to Department's application development standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
o Work with websites, SharePoint sites, and local applications; o Meet with local functional offices to assess and recommend technology to assist in meeting their goals; o Plan, organize, coordinate, and prioritize work assignments; o Code, thoroughly test, and debug applications using web based and object oriented programming languages. Requirements:
o Experience with Visual Studio.NET or C#.NET; o Experience analyzing and designing computer pro

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
