Responsibilities include overseeing all phases of Parts Operations such as inventory control (shipping/receiving, obsolescence control, parts turnover, stock order efficiencies, etc.), hiring and training Parts Department Personnel, managing departmental budgets, key performance indicators, marketing and selling parts to successfully achieve financial targets. This
position
requires a friendly disposition with the ability to lead others and interact with a broad base of customers. A deep understanding of financial statements, departmental metrics, solid
computer
skills and knowledge of dealership business systems (DIS, PFW, HBS, Charter, etc.) will enable the candidate to acclimate quickly and efficiently.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
