The Business Development Specialist is a professional sales
position
that is responsible for providing technical sales support for North America. The Business Development Specialist effectively interfaces regularly with all levels of the company and customer organizations, requiring exceptional communication skills. This role will report directly to the Director and is a unique role requiring a solid understanding of technical concepts, with the ability to interact customer engineers to promote these technical concepts. As such this position could suit and engineer with solid interpersonal skills, or a sales professional with solid engineering knowledge
Responsiblies:
Responsible for developing new business within the Automotive Original Equipment Manufacturer Market and expanding the existing technology, products and
services
within the companys, with particular emphasis on structural parts and adhesives and ancillary products.
Responsible for interacting with multiple Original Equipment Manufacturer contacts, particularly in engineering, structural, and vehicle design areas. Promoting the companys solutions and driving business growth in designated accounts.
Responsible for scoping new products, and driving their development by managing indirectly, resources in product development, engineering, and design.
Responsible for encouraging, establishing, developing and maintaining favorable relationships with internal customers locally and globally to understand and support business expansion.
Knowledge of Automotive specifications and requirements are preferred.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred or related experience
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in automotive, particular in the field of vehicle design
Strong organizational, inter-relationship, communication and
computer
skills
Must be willing to travel, approximately 10 to 30%.
Frequently sit, view a computer screen, and type on a keyboard for extended periods of times
Verbally communicate one-on-one and in front of groupsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
