Description
The RelayHealth Financial Solutions business unit builds leading solutions for the healthcare provider
community
. The Product Management team plays a critical role in the definition of products within and through defined markets and channels. The Product Management team is chartered with the successful delivery of value added connectivity, workflow, and analytic solutions to enable efficiencies within the revenue cycle for physicians, hospitals and ancillary providers. Working in close partnership with Product Development, Product Marketing, and other functional areas, the Product Management team is responsible for the overall organizational readiness for new product launches and long term market success of our products from ideation and business case development forward. Currently, the Product Management organization is seeking a candidate with broad knowledge and experience in revenue cycle technologies and with strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated competencies and diverse experience within healthcare, software development, and/or strategy consulting.
Minimum Requirements
8
years of product management experience including 5
years managerial experience
Critical Skills
5
years of product management, strategy or consulting experience
Comprehensive understanding of financial measures and business case development
Excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills
Ability to demonstrate thought leadership, innovation and big picture thinking
Understanding of and some experience within the healthcare finance and administration sector
Ability to influence, direct, and collaborate with internal and external executives and business leaders
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Execution orientation with demonstrated expertise managing solutions through the product life cycle
Ability to demonstrate thought leadership in respective solution areas
Comprehensive understanding of Project and Product Management fundamentals
Experience with real time processing systems
Experience working in an Agile and/or iterative development environment
Proven record of creating and maintaining business partnerships and relationships, including customers
Demonstrated ability leading cross functional teams
High proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office business applications
Education
MBA preferred in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience

Must be willing and able to travel up to approximately 25%.
